You may return most items purchased from EPICHATO if they meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Plants: If your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or replacement for the plant, depending on the situation.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund or provide a replacement.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns simply for a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your plant choice before completing your purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@epichato.net or call us at (970) 564-6004. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items, if applicable.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. All return shipments must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not covered by our policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
