Once an order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the payment has been confirmed. However, during peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

After processing, your order will be shipped according to the delivery method selected during checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

EPICHATO offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States. This is the most affordable option and is suitable for most orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options, which generally take 1-3 business days for delivery. This option is more expensive but ensures quicker delivery.

  • Two-Day Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer a two-day shipping service. This guarantees delivery within 2 business days of shipping, but please note that this service may be limited based on your location.

  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: EPICHATO offers free standard shipping on orders over a certain value within the United States. The threshold for free shipping will be displayed during checkout.

  • Shipping Fee Calculations: For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your location and order size. You will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

4. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to deliver our products worldwide, there are some restrictions in certain areas. EPICHATO may not be able to ship to certain locations due to logistics or regulatory restrictions. If we are unable to process your order due to shipping limitations, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or cancel your order for a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The time it takes for your package to arrive depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination address:

  • Domestic Orders: Depending on the shipping method selected, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping.

  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders can vary widely depending on the destination country, but typically range from 7-21 business days. Customs processing can sometimes cause delays, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if there are any delays in delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, they are not guaranteed. EPICHATO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other external factors.

6. Shipping Damage or Loss

We take every precaution to ensure that your products are packaged securely. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your plant or product arrives damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund for the damaged product.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first to inquire about the status of the delivery. If the issue persists, please reach out to us, and we will assist in investigating the issue.

7. Packaging

We take special care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in good condition. All plants are packed with appropriate materials to protect them from damage during transit. However, because plants are living organisms, they may experience some temporary stress during shipping, especially if they are shipped long distances. Once received, plants should be unboxed promptly and placed in appropriate conditions to help them recover.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. EPICHATO cannot be responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
