At LuxLip, we are committed to your satisfaction with our luxury lipstick products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused, unopened condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened lipsticks cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions on how to ship your return.
  • Returns should be sent to our fulfillment center as directed by our support staff.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • Photos of the damage or defect may be requested to assist in resolving the issue quickly.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not support direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Opened or used cosmetics are considered final sale unless defective.
