  • Certain items, such as live plants, discounted items, and custom orders, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged through customer misuse.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
