Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

  2. Expedited Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

  3. Free Shipping

    • Available for orders over $100 within the continental United States.
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Packaging and Care

We take great care to package your bonsai and gardening products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each plant is securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain bonsai species may be restricted in some states due to agricultural regulations. Please check local laws before placing an order.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@epichato.net or call (970) 564-6004. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
